⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. The departure point is located directly at the feet of the Eiffel Tower
⚈ Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.
⚈ There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
⚈ River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.
⚈ During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.
⚈ Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.

I loved it. The tour was beautiful. They respect the Eiffel Tower moment at the end by going very slowly and making that section longer. The crepe was delicious, they let you choose from several toppings, and the place to get it was very close.

It's an unforgettable experience for those of us who had never been to Paris... the service is excellent, it's a shame there isn't much communication, we didn't do the crepe tasting, because we didn't know where it was, but everything else was great and super organized.

Absolutely beautiful views and so enjoyable, definitely something to book when visiting Paris. We visited in November so was a little chilly on the top level of the cruise but just wrap up and no issues. Would 100% recommend.

The start time shown doesn't match the actual one. The experience was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., with a request to show up 5 minutes early, but boarding only took place at 10:23 a.m., after a long wait in line in the cold, and the departure with the related boarding times was delayed by a further 10 minutes. So, the times are a bit too long compared to what was indicated.

Plavba loďou bola veľmi pekná, musím povedať že predčila moje očakávania, komentár bol výborný, jediné čo je nedostatok je, že sa nedá plavba objednať na presný čas a potom sme si neboli istí či to stiheme/ či sa zmestíme a trochu sme boli z toho v strese. Mimo toho to však nepokazilo náš zážitok, i keď sme boli na plavbe v novembri a sedeli sme vonku, nebola nám ani taká zima, plavba bola akurát dlhá, komentár príjemný, náučný a primerane dlhý. V cene sme mali aj crêpes na Trocadero, práve tie predčili naše očakávania, boli výborné a páni v stánku boli veľmi vtipní, komunikatívni a príjemní. Určite odporúčam

Highly recommend this activity, Global Tours sent an email the day before on how to get to the crepe kiosk. Do exactly what they say it was very easy, we had the Nutella Crepe and it was so yummy. The location has the best views of the Eiffel Tower, then a short stroll across the bridge and you are where you need to been for the river cruise. The cruise was about an hour and it was lovely seeing the landmarks from the Seine River.

Todo bien, sin embargo jamás supe donde darían la crepa y la gente que atiende en el embarque es cero amable. Cabe señalar que en la embarcación al parecer van mezclados de distintos tour, es decir no todos compraron el mismo tour que tú, así que fue complicado. Decidamos irnos.

Relaxing cruise. Was a bit cold on the top deck but I went in November so just ensure to have think coats and gloves. Lovely views but attractions were not well seen but that is not a fault of the activity provider just the set up of the Seine and the buildings. Worth the fare.

Excellent experience ? +easy access to the port from Place Trocadéro +A staff member at the reception, whose name I don't know, was an angel. He did everything to make sure we didn't miss our cruise + a crêpe with a view of the splendid tower to finish in style. I highly recommend the last cruise before sunset: you'll see the monuments during the day and the Eiffel Tower sparkling in the evening. NB: remember to download the ticket in advance

Molto carino il giro in battello. Se si fa la sera, durando un’ora magari conviene far combaciare l’inizio e la fine del giro con quando la torre eiffel brilla. Purtroppo io non ci ho pensato ma è stato Comuqnue molto bello!!! Le crêpes agli stand non è male ma sono pre fatte (per lo meno la sera, non so di giorno)

La degustación de crepes está muy bien pero está en un puesto en el trocadero, no en el embarcadero donde coges el barco. Lo peor, el tiempo de espera para poder subir al barco, 2 horas de espera, va mucho más gente por la noche, y se pasa mucho frío. El paseo en barco lo más bonito sin duda es la torre Eiffel iluminada, todo el mundo, sobre todo influencers, esperan a que pase al final del recorrido el barco cerca de la torre Eiffel. Sinceramente, prefiero elegir otra opción si quiero recorrer el Sena y hacer fotos bonitas.

Croisière sur la Seine très agréable et prestation à la hauteur. Terminer par une crêpe sur le Trocadéro avec un magnifique couché de Soleil a rempli toute nos attentes.

Really cool experience, seeing the tower at night was amazing. I recommend arriving early; you can sit inside the boat (warm) or on top of it (cold) and watch the whole tour.

I always fondly remember this beautiful cruise on the Seine. With large ships and open, amphitheater-like passenger seats, it was super easy to see everything along the river, no matter where you sat! The crepe that accompanied the cruise was a very sweet detail that tied the night beautifully after the end of the cruise! It was a bit difficult, however, to easily find the crepe stand, although it was centrally located in front of the river.

Queues were insane, we went late at night thinking it would be quieter! Ended up waiting for over an hour, when the sign said “from this point 15 min”! Boat was full of tour groups with their guides constantly walking round, blocking views, shouting, taking photos with flash on, you could not hear the audio guide at all. Boat said stay seated at all times however the tour guides would push seated people out the way to be able to walk round with endless cups of juice and wine for their group. Crepe stand was ages away, uphill climb, and in a very busy area where pickpockets operated. Crepe seller seemed very unhappy the crepes were free! However, beautiful views of Paris…

Fun and recommended activity. We went at 8:00 pm and it was packed, but there's plenty of room on the deck and we had no problems. The night was pleasant, though cool, and the views of the illuminated Eiffel Tower are well worth it. Regarding the crepe, it was a lot of fun because there was a great atmosphere in the area since it was Friday night. The location is at the Trocadero viewpoint, right at the top. In short, a recommended activity.

bonne activité sauf qu'il ne faut pas tenir compte des horaires car ça change aussi en fonction du nombre de personnes sur le bateau. même si vous êtes en avance vous passerez sur le bateau suivant... la crêpe est hyper loin en fait il y a pleins d'écouteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas et du coup il faut télécharger l'appli mais pour ça il faut avoir un smart et de la batterie...

Wouldn’t bother getting this! They try and make you walk 15 minutes out of the way to get your crepe! So we didn’t end up getting ours! Even though there are 2 stands right as you get off the boat! Absolute joke!

Die Fahrt selber war ok. Einzig, alle sitzen wie die Hühner auf der Stange, auf Holzbänken ohne Lehne und man schaut nur auf eine Seite. Auf anderen Schiffen hat man Sitze mit Lehne und schaut nach vorne. Der Service beim Einlass ist eher schlecht. Man wird unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht Das Richtige Tiket ist und man umständlich über die Mail ein anderes Tiket öffnen muss. Als Folge steht man dann in der sehr langen Schlange weit hinten und freut sich dann wenn man doch noch einen Platz im Freien erwischt hat. Noch verheerender verhält es sich mit den gebuchten Crepes. Die gibt es garnicht auf dem Schiff sondern außerhalb am Stand. Aber nicht etwa im Hafen. Man muss über die Brücke der Seine zurück laufen und hoch zum Trockadero. Da ist man dann schon mal eine gute 1/4 Stunde unterwegs. Als Fazit kann ich diesen Veranstalter nicht empfehlen. Es gibt ja viele andere Anbieter an der Seine die es wohl besser machen

la actividad muy bonita, el personal muy amable, el barco excelente, limpio, seguro, deberían tener internet en el barco para facilitar el acceso a la audio guía, lo que no nos gusto es que no brindan para facilitar la experiencia una explicación clara y formal sobre el sitio para reclamar el crepe, estuvimos preguntando a varias personas del staff y no tenían idea, nos mandaron a unas tiendas frente a la bajada del barco y uno de los colaboradores se molesto cuando le pedimos la información ya que respondió en un ingles poco entendible, le pedí que repitiera la explicación y lo unico que hizo fue insultarme a mi y a mi mamá en español, obviamente me alteré ante esto, el coordinador de la empresa acudió y le pidio al empleado que nos ofreciera disculpas, la verdad no puedo darle mala calificación a la experiencia en general por culpa de un inepto, vulgar y sin educación ni cultura

They canceled the crepe tasting, and honestly, that's what made it different from the other cruises. It was a shame not to have had the experience. I wish they had told us in advance and not on the same day!

Mal, ya que no alcanzamos a probar las creas, el lugar es un poco distante del embarque y creo debería de ser un lugar más cercano a él, ya que habemos turistas que no conocemos al 100% el transporte y se nos complica un poco. Deberían de considerar que fuera más cerca el lugar para degustar las creas. También otro detalle es que no hay nadie para preguntar acerca de nuestras dudas sobre el paquete comprado y pues así menos pudimos realizar las dos actividades. También que lo de la crepa debería de valer para cualquier día, por lo menos durante unos 2-3 días, por si llega a pasar lo que nos sucedio medio a nosotras.

La croisière a débuté de jour 18h30, mais au fur et à mesure il faisait nuit 19h30 ... tous les monuments et édifices étaient allumés Puis la vue de la tour Eiffel illuminée c'était sublime. Nous avons aussi apprécié de prendre le bateau (et retour) au pied de la Tour Eiffel. N'hésitez pas ! je recommande vraiment ! Ma petite fille de 12 ans était ravie !!

Esse passeio pelo rio Sena é imperdível pra quem vem a Paris, compramos na hora e apesar de ter uma certa fila, andou rápido e embarcamos sem problemas. O único contraponto é que você pega o crepe no Trocadeiro, cerca de 10 minutos caminhando, mas lá tem uma vista perfeita da ponte então não chega a ser um problema e so nos ofereceram 3 sabores doces também, mas tava bem gostoso.

It was terrible, the cruise was just overrun with tourists, it was no fun at all because it wasn't enough, the crepes for tasting were just on the other side of where you were dropped off by the boat, such a shit, I would never do it again!

We went on the cruise in the evening. Seeing Paris from the water, with all the lights, is a unique spectacle. Being at the foot of the Eiffel Tower all lit up is spectacular. It's worth it. I'd do it again. Too bad the audio guide app didn't work and the voice on the boat's microphone was also incomprehensible due to poor audio quality.

Die Tour war toll am Abend, allerdings schon Massenabfertigung.Uns war erst nicht ganz klar,ob wir uns noch am Ticketschalter anstellen mussten.Hat sich dann doch relativ zügig geklärt.Die Crepes waren eher überflüssig,da sie auch nicht frisch abgebacken werden.Schmeckt auf jeder deutschen Kirmes besser.Aber wir geben für die Bootstour volle Sterne.

The activity is audited, but most people choose to go upstairs. I think they should announce the monuments over the loudspeaker, for example, the Louvre on the right, something else on the left, so people would know where to look to complement the audio guide. That's how it improves.

inizialmente è stato difficile capire su quale battello dovessimo salire dato che quel tratto ne era pieno ed è stato altrettanto difficile capire dove prendere le crepes. Detto ciò è stata una bellissima crociera, crepes inclusa nel prezzo e rapporto qualità prezzo TOP.

Alles wäre verbesserungswürdig!!! Am schlimmsten waren die sanitären Anlagen im Schiff: Alle 4 Toiletten liefen über mit Urin und noch mehr, sie waren nicht zu benutzen! Insgesamt war das Schiff ungepflegt, schmutzig. Von der Crêpe-Verkostung am Seine-Ufer, die ich mit bezahlt habe, wusste niemand an den Crêpe Ständen!!! Alles in allem: eine Abzocke, nicht zu empfehlen!

Passeio excelente... É uma das maneiras indispensáveis de se conhecer Paris. É possível ver todos os pontos, saber algumas curiosidades, e ter a experiência de navegar no rio Sena e observar a vida tranquila dos parisienses. Uma dica é embarcar perto da hora de escurecer para poder ver a torre sob a luz e iluminada ao cair da noite (meia hora antes do horário previsto do por sdo sol, a depender da época do ano). Para pegar o crepe, é necessário ir até o Place du Teocadero. Mas fique tranquilo, uma caminhada agradável de uns 10 minutos e que garante uma vista incrível da Torre. Pedi o crepe de Nutella e estava bom, mas nada surpreendente.

Really nice activity, the tour on the Seine for about an hour is worth the price, beautiful view. The only problem was that the creperie was closed and it wasn't mentioned, but we got a partial refund to make up for it, so everything turned out okay in the end.

On arrival the staff was a little rude we were trying to establish where we needed to be, were from the UK so found the language barrier and her inability to support very off putting. Otherwise the cruise was spectacular and very informative. Didn’t bother to venture for the crepe maybe next time.

beautiful relax cruise to get the highlights of Paris and gets lots of videos and photos after as the boat turns around you know what to expect. Just the audio guide was faint to hear. We did the free crepe tasting after at Les Terrasses du Trocadéro and their crepes were the best!

The tour was really nice, but unfortunately some of the audio guides didn't work where we were sitting, so we couldn't hear the guide. The crepes weren't great, they were all stacked up ready to go, not freshly cooked. Plus, you could only get the one with sugar or Nutella. They should specify that and maybe change the title of the experience, because 'tasting' isn't the right term at all.

Overall, it was good, but we couldn't try the crepes. We went up to the boat, but when we got off, the crepe place was already closed, so I suggest you go there earlier for the tasting. It rained the whole time. Beautiful landscapes and a very romantic activity.

The Crepe tasting has a very fancy name for a kiosk which gives you the option of pancake with sugar or Nutella, or a waffel. My son didn’t like the waffel, and the pancake was super dry and had the tiniest amount of Nutella. Absolutely should be skipped. The boat ride was nice, it has an inside part and the open upper deck and the ride was very relaxing. The guide was pointing out things in 3 languages which was nice, I only couldn’t figure out when she used left and right which was which, because it depends on what you’re facing (seating area forms a circle). It was for a full hour so a nice way to sit down and relax a bit but still see the architecture and the city.

We really enjoyed the cruise, as it was a nice way to see some of the most important sites in Paris. Even though the queue was long, it moved alright, as we embarked in 30-40 mins. on the boat. The boat was modern and had some vending machines in case you wanted to buy a coffee or a snack. The crepe place was located in the Trocadéro Gardens, at around 10-15 mins of walking distance from the boat’s landing place, up the stairs on the right. The quality of the crepes was decent (we picked Nutella for the flavour). All in all we are glad we did this cruise ??

It was a nice ride. You are able to see the Paris architecture in a comfortable way. My husband was able to get some nice pictures towards the end of the ride after the rain cleared up.

Excellent tour for the price. I would not opt for the option with Crepe as the Crepe place was quite far from the cruise spot. But the cruise itself was very nice. It does get windy so best to pick a time as per the temperature. We did it in morning in first week of Sep and it was perfect.

The crepe was more like a cookie—it wasn’t freshly made. They prepare all the crepes in advance, then just heat them up and add Nutella, which makes the texture more like a cookie than a real crepe. As for the cruise, it felt like a waste of money. They don’t focus on giving you a good view or overall experience; their priority is simply packing in as many people as possible. Because of that, many passengers end up without a decent view. If they truly cared about the experience, they would limit the number of people on board so everyone could enjoy it properly.

Cruise was ok however it’s a good 15 min walk plus loads of stairs to get the Crêpe place. I can see why as when you finally get there you have a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The team at the cruise said the Crêpe tasting was “on the other side” and didn’t want to offer any help as to directions which was frustrating. I only went as my son wanted the Crêpe if I wasn’t with him I wouldn’t had bothered

The boat trip was very good, nice announcements by microphone in different languages. The crêpe / waffle was substandard. Only warmed up (the crêpe) or again and thus dead baked in the waffle iron, that was unfortunately a total flop, you can rather buy a freshly baked crêpe or waffle elsewhere for the same money or one € more! I would not recommend this combination!

Tolle Sicht auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Einstieg zur Kreuzfahrt war einfach zu finden. Der Crepe-Kiosk war ein bisschen schwieriger. Mit den Anleitungen, welche per Email kamen, war es aber zu schaffen. Angenehm ist auch, dass man den Zeitpunkt der Fahrt selber wählen kann. Um 11:30 Uhr war es auch noch nicht zu voll.

The destination was great, but the driver didn't arrive on time for either the outward or return journey, and was even 45 minutes late on the way back. We couldn't sleep much during the trip, the music was too loud, and there wasn't enough room to move around. A slightly more luxurious bus would be nice. We couldn't find the creperie despite using navigation and driving back and forth three times. So I ended up buying crepes for my son myself.

Wij hebben genoten van de boottocht op de Seine, de boot was erg makkelijk te vinden en we hadden na de boottocht ons lekkere Crêpe gegeten bij de Trocadero. Super fijne service ook op de boot, we voelde ons echt welkom dankzij het personeel! Het is prachtig om vanaf de Seine, Parijs deels te zien! Wij raden het je zeker aan. Dit had niet mogen ontbreken aan ons weekend tripje naar Parijs.

Really enjoyed our boat trip down the Seine seeing beautiful Paris by river. Crepes were lovely and after seeing the other reviews and the lack of people actually explaining where to find the crepe stall I will reveal all. If you are on the bridge opposite the Eiffel Tower then go to the opposite side of the river, stay on the right hand side walk up the slope and then walk up the stairs towards the Trocadéro at the top. It should take about 10 minutes to walk up. Once you get to the top of the stairs you will see the crepe stall on the right. You can either have a crepe, a drink or an ice cream with your voucher.

It was a fun activity and in August we took the cruise at 9pm so we got to see the tower Sparkel at 10 pm. Just make sure you reach at least 30-40 minutes before the time you want to take the cruise because there's always a huge queue. Lastly the Crepe shop is near the Trocadero viewpoint and not near the cruise so read the email properly they give good directions.

I liked the free bar. The host should speak all three languages, but I don't understand any of them. I'm in Portugal and the first language she spoke was English. What's more, she said goodbye in English. That shocked me. In addition, some kind of compensation should be offered when we don't get to see the dolphins. It's unfair to pay full price if you don't get the same experience. I understand that the guides can't control the dolphins, but I pay to see them. If I didn't see them, it's not right to pay the same price.

por favor lleven audífonos y datos en el celular para la audioguía. Es un tour que sale a cada rato y está súper porque no tienes que estar apurado. El barco tiene baño y puedes estar en la parte de arriba o la de abajo por si está lloviendo o está haciendo mucho calor

The boat was too crowded. After a long queue, there was no more room in the upper area, where the best views are probably. We had to be on the lower deck, under cover, where you can practically only see the water of the Seine, and the occasional pedestrian on the street. Don't expect to see any buildings from the lower deck. There should be two prices, one for the upper deck, and another for the lower. We should have paid half. The crepe, the best part of the activity, although it wasn't anything out of the ordinary.

The cruise departs right next to the Eiffel Tower! It's very easy to get to the queue and all the seats at the top are great for getting the best views of Paris, so don't worry if you're at the back! (If you're a large group, go early so you can all stay together). The tour lasts 1 hour and takes you past most of the main attractions! As for the crepes, they are DELICIOUS! But to get them, you still have to walk a bit, about 15 minutes uphill, and if you're not in good shape, you'll get tired! But you can always ask the fittest member of the group to go and get the crepes for everyone, like we did! For me, this is the best experience you can have in Paris if you're on a budget, and it's definitely something not to be missed on your visit to Paris! The departure and arrival with views of the Eiffel Tower are breathtaking?

Experience of the Eiffel Tower was great and easily accessible but the crepe tasting was terrible !!! I found the place and went there for them to say that it weren’t them it was by the Eiffel Tower and then to go back down there to look which wasn’t was a joke really as I knew where I went was the right place . I even asked security in two different spots along the way and they both said where it was . I wouldn’t book that again just the experience as I had a very upset autistic boy .

Los profesionales que validan los tickets un 10 (uno de ellos Alejandro). No recibí el código QR para entrar pero si el de la reserva y ellos solucionaron el problema a pesar de la cantidad de gente que había. La experiencia en el crucero buena, aunque era incómodo que la gente en la parte de arriba estuviera de pie y no dejaba ver a los que estaban sentados en sus asientos.

Au départ, le personnel explique qu’il ne faut pas crier sous les ponts, chose totalement inutile car non respectée de certaines personnes présentes sur le bateau. C’était tout simplement insupportable quand on passait sous les ponts et le personnel n’a pas jugé nécessaire d’intervenir et de répéter la consigne. Sinon le Qr code qui donnait des informations durant la croisière très bien, la crêpe bonne mais dommage un peu loin …..

Eu adorei o passeio. Fiz entre o último horário para ver a torre iluminada valeu muito a pena. Que noite incrível. Chegamos muito encima não tive a chance de provar o crepe, mas fica de aviso também. A prova de crepes é uns 15 min de distância do embarque e tão precisa ir com tempo para provar antes ou depois do passeio

The cruise was ok, unfortunately we couldn’t hear the commentary. Finding the crepe place was bit tricky as it was over the other side of river and quite a walk from where we got off the boat after trip. It was very busy but well organised. Nice to sit down for an hour as so busy exploring Paris for the day.

As I was traveling alone with my two children, this was a great way to see Paris with them without having to walk so much. At 3 p.m., the boat was full, so not everyone could sit upstairs. It was lovely to eat crêpes afterwards with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower.

The Siro 1-hour activity went as planned. We first took the boat tour, which was comfortable as there weren't too many passengers. The audio tour guide is available in several languages and tells you about the sights as you go along. Afterwards, we picked up our crepes, which meant moving to another location not too far away. We had no problems with the activity.

The QR codes for checking in for the boat ride were missing on site. The tickets in the app were not enough and we had to call the hotline several times to finally get the codes. Fortunately, the employee on site was very friendly and helpful. Without knowledge of English or French, we would not have been able to manage it. The ride and the crepe were very good.

The river cruise was great and well organised. A little over crowded but that’s to be expected when travelling in Peak season. We chose the 5pm time slot which was probably a little early - try book a later slot if possible. The guide on our boat was very informative and did very well to explain the highlighted sites in both French and English. The crepes are a great touch but probably wouldn’t choose this tour because of the added crepe tasting..

This cruise was superb! For an hour, we were able to see the most beautiful monuments of Paris with explanations provided by the audio guide on the loudspeaker. The cruise was supposed to end with a crêpe tasting, but this was canceled due to the closure for the national holiday weekend.

We did the sunset cruise at 10:00pm and have zero regrets. The views were incredible, everything was aglow including the Eiffel Tower which sparkled at 11pm and we were about to catch it in photos and video. Amazing experience, highly recommend and great way to get your bearings of the city. I took off one star because I felt that we were kind of stuffed in like sardines. The dinner cruises that passed us by looked much more serene and smaller groups of people. I didn’t book one of those because all said that the food wasn’t great. But in future , I would definitely consider that type of cruise.

le indicazioni per la visita… non erano chiare e io ero convinta fosse inclusa la salita al summit (siccome c’era scritto opzionale) pensavo una volta lì potessi scegliere quell’opzione dato che ho pagato 225 euro in 3… prossima volta salgo direttamente con i biglietti normali e senza tour… così non vado a buttare tutti quei soldi… ci sono rimasta molto male. specificate meglio prossima volta grazie.

La croisière permet de voir les différents monuments d'un autre point de vue, c'était très plaisant sans oublier la dégustation de crêpe sur le Trocadéro avec vue sur la tour eiffel pour clôturer cette belle journée.

The Eiffel Tower at night from the boat wow is amazing, but what we did not like: those crepes are disgusting. Please do not buy the package with the crepes. Find another place to eat before or after. The line to take the last boat is insane. You should buy tickets with slot time reservation. The best places are taken so fast, so if you get on the boat at the end you will see nothing. It is a lottery!!! I would have taken another boat maybe smaller.

Beautiful weather and the cruise was great not too crowded at the time we went. A fabulous way to see some glorious architecture… the Seine river was almost sparkling, you can certainly see it was cleaned up for the Olympics. On my last trip to Paris 2013 the Seine was very dirty. Just love Paris, the people have been very friendly and helpful, it certainly helps spending the extra few days when visiting to get to enjoy Paris. Often people only stay a day or two and don’t get to wander and visit local cafes and of course bakeries. ?❤️

We were a family of 3 adults. We visited the line at 5 pm and felt it was too hot to line up so we had dinner and lined up for the boat tour at 9:15 pm. The line to get to the boat took a little over an hour, but we made it on to the 10:30 pm boat (2nd from last boat). The views from the river were so beautiful - and we loved seeing the nightlife along the promenade! I noticed other boats had forward facing seating but this one has 2 rows of side seating on the top deck - we loved it! It was a perfect night! The free crepe wasn’t anything special. If you want an amazing French crepe also go somewhere else. But the activity around the crepe stand was fun - there were live performers, music, and “guess where the ball is” games to play. Note: if you play put your foot on the cup with the ball before you do anything else so you don’t get swindled! ?

The cruise itself was fabulous ! Really pretty, just long enough at around an hour and it was nice that the time was flexible. The sights are spectacular and finding it was easy. The cons were that it wasn’t explained as clear as it could have been. The first things emailed were not actual tickets even though they said, so we had to go back to the office nearby and they explained that the tickets were under another name global. We did receive this email but it did not clearly state that it was our official tickets. Once that was cleared up it was fine but this happened while it was raining and the delay caused us to miss our boat and have to wait 30 min for another one which was annoying. Also we had an issue finding the crepe stand as it was dark and raining and close to closing so we skipped it so not sure if it was good or not. Would def still recommend just could have gone more smoothly.

The river cruise was nice, we were able to see many monuments. There is a pre-boarding area for those who cannot stand for long periods of time so that they are not standing in line waiting. On the boat are bathrooms and seating options for both indoor/outdoor options. While the boat does hold 599 people, once on it did not feel overly crowded. We took a night time cruise so my only complaint is the red lights on the inside of the ship, made it hard to scan the audio barcode and take pictures through the windows.

The boat ride was fine. There are over 10 notable sites from the Eiffel Tower to past Notre Dame then they turn around. The accompanying app is not very interesting as a guide so it is more about the view. We went at night so it was hard to take pictures because of lighting and we’re in the ditch of the Seine. BRING A JACKET because it was COLD ? up top with the views. The crepe was worth it. The location for pick up is a 10-15 minute walk away. It was good and worth the few bucks more for it. Reminder that the Eiffel Tower sparkles at the top of each hour so it’s best to get on the boat the the top of the hour. So you get sparkles on the way out and the way back.

Nice boat ride to see several historic and popular sites. Beautiful views on the iconic river. It was great but I feel like commentary on what we were seeing should’ve been included and just played over the speaker for everyone to hear (not upcharging for this feature or having to use my phone with my struggling battery life). We had the pleasure of enjoying the cruise just before sunset on a very sunny day, and the buildings looked absolutely gorgeous with the sunset light, even more because they had all been cleaned up for the Olympic Games! Good activity. The crepe was delicious and the view of the Eiffel Tower from the recommended location was the best in the city. The river cruise was also great - I would recommend doing it in the day so that you can see all the sights. However, an evening cruise to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle may also be favoured. It was a smooth journey and the meeting points were easy to find. Overall a very enjoyable activity.

My friends and I did the boat tour as part of my 40th birthday celebration. We had travelled from London to Paris for a day trip. We liked that you provided regular updates and clear instructions on how to access the location. The crepe tasting was a lovely touch, it meant we did not need to go for lunch. The only downside is the audio guide of historical sights. It would have been nice having a live guide in English rather than through one's phone - this is why I gave 4 out of 5. However the map and visuals were more than enough.

It would be nice to have someone from staff that speaks English in front of where the ship departs so he can call for people when the ship is about to leave. Also a big lighted sign with the name of the cruise in front of the entrance would also be helpful, it could also contain the departure times.

The tour was amazing and I highly recommend the experience. It's super easy to find the starting point and I recommend booking the 5:30 pm time slot, as you'll have the opportunity to see the Eiffel Tower lights on (shine). Whatever ends up enriching the experience. The only negative point of the experience is that there wasn't much interaction with the guide.

Grazie alle crepes preparate sul ponte, abbiamo potuto assaporare un delizioso pezzo di Francia. Must do activity in Paris! The sunset cruise was absolutely breathtaking . It was amazing to see the natural beauty of Paris, while learning about some of the historical meighborhoods as well. The backdrop was gorgeous against the sunset while we got to see the EIffiel Tower light up at night. It was a was a magical experience. The crepes werent the best biut they were paid for! I would definitely do this activity again.

Our family really enjoyed this. My kids (ages 10-17) all thought it was fun amd relaxing. At first we were a little nervous about the experience because you feel like cattle lining up for the boat and there are a lot of people boarding the vessel. We wanted to sit on the top, but it filled up quickly. We grabbed a seat on the bottom next to a window and were able to stand at the lower outside rail the entire trip. We boarded around 8:45 and saw the sunset. It was a very memorable part of out trip. Getting the crepe afterwards was a little chaotic. The stand it up the hill next to the carousel. The queue is hard to understand and they were only offering 2 flavors. The man was rude, but I'm guessing he had had a long day. Overall, we loved it! Make sure to open and save the images of the tickets with QR codes they send to your email. The wifi/ cell service near the boat is terrible. They email lots of stuff, but you only need the QR codes delveed by email / not in app

We arrived 5 min before departure so we waited for the next boat and it pulled into the dock within a few minutes. Make sure to have your QR code ready. For best views I recommend sitting up top near the front, on the side opposite you board (sit river side). A narrator talked about the bridges and buildings in English, French and Spanish. One hour ride and it was perfect. We got crepes afterwards by the carrousel and it was easy to redeem the voucher and delicious.

The boat tour was great … a lovely, peaceful way to view the sights along the Seine. I couldn’t get the free audio tour to work but it was still nice. The description of the place with the crêpes was very confusing, and no one answered the live chat they offered. There are three crêpe food trucks within the vicinity of the description. They mean the one right next to the carousel, not the one at the top of the stairs as described in the voucher details. The crêpes were tasty and the perfect thing to eat at nearby Champ de Mars with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Can’t get more touristy than that! Great value for the price. I recommend this activity.

what a different way to see Paris! you don't need to reserve your time slot which is nice but the boat is big so be prepared to wait on line and if the boat gets full, you have to wait for the next one. the app / wifi didn't work too well so if you do want to hear the audio and you didn't download it prior, you can only sit downstairs where there are radios you can listen to in your preferred language. honestly, for the pricepoint, this is a steal. you even get a free crepe or icecream at the stand right where they drop you off up the stairs which was absolutely delicious. definitely recommend as it is a nice 1 hour ride

We loved this river cruise. It’s the best way to see the main Paris sites in a convenient and fun way. The cruise runs every half hour so it was convenient to go whenever worked best for us. Be sure to get in line a little bit early. We enjoyed our view from the upper bench on the upper level. The crepe was good and conveniently located near the cruise & Eiffel Tower, but it wasn’t nearly the best crepe we had in Paris and is crowded with other vendors/tourists.

This was a surprisingly good cruise. The top of the cruise has outdoor seating for a 360 view. No other cruise had this. It really was beautiful to see Paris from the water. We only had time for a night cruise so it was nice to see the Eiffel Tower light up while we were on the water. Good for spring and summer nights when the weather is nice. There is also indoor seating with all glass windows for nice viewing on cooler days as well. Highly recommend

The crepe was nice :). Boat was warm and a nice experience. We waited until after sunset which it seemed most others did too. So the queue was huge - we queued for over an hour which was really cold. The voucher stated last boat at 9pm but actually it ran later- though everybody had rushed to get what they thought was the last boat - which added to the large queues.

Turned up at the stated point for the cruise. Went through a small security cordon quickly. Then had a short wait in a queue to access the boat. The boat was a large boat with an upper and lower deck. I would estimate there were about 250 persons on board. The cruise was good showing the main points down the Seine. Translation for all nationalities was done via an app you connected to on board. Staff were efficient and helpful throughout and no problems were encountered. The additional crepe tasting experience was well worth the extra cost. An enormous crepe with Nutella. Lovely.

Easy to book, not the easiest ticket to redeem. There are multiple places where you board boats by the carousel. This ticket window is past the crepe sellers, down around the corner close to the boats. But nice ride once we got on. It wasn’t too crowded and we enjoyed the sights. Keep your phones charged, they send you a voucher on it with tickets and you use that to board. Our ride left every hour to hour and a half, so we didn’t have to be there at an exact time. There are two crepe stands afterwards right by the water, theirs is the one right by the carousel. Slightly confusing there, too, but they are pros and kept the lines moving. Overall for the price, I highly recommend. It’s wonderful to see Paris from the river especially in the evening.

This was absolutely lovely, the guide was very informative and the views were gorgeous! We did this on the last day and I wish we did it on the first as you see lots of things you might fancy further exploring. The boat was very comfortable and the translation phone was entertaining - they set it up like a story although because it was pre recorded sometimes I was a little confused and couldn’t see what they were talking about (missed out on physical queues you might get from a guide) that being said we were in December so we sat in the warm at the bottom, maybe if you sit at the top it’s clearer what’s being talked about so I’d suggest doing that especially in warmer months We didn’t do the crepes as we were cold but the stand looked lovely and people with crepes looked happy with them so I’m sure they are nice!

We were a group of 2 adults and 2 teenagers and did the river cruise on the first evening of our holiday in Feb. It was a lovely was to see Paris at night and as you leave from the foot of the Effiel tower, that landmark of checked off straight away. We sat upstairs which was chilly but nothing off putting. There was an inside option and some people moved between the both. We didn’t get to try the crepes on the package as the place was closed when we got there. Tip: Check the times as the last cruise time is different to the last crepe tasting time.

Amazing tour! We did it in the evening and it was just outstanding to see all the monuments and the city with the lights on. The view of the Eiffel Tower was really marvelous! The Bateau was very comfortable and warm and it allowed us to know more about the historic monuments. To end the cruise and the night we ate a delicious crepe at LE CARROUSEL DE LA TOUR EIFFEL whose staff was very kind! Thanks for this memorable experience!

The cruise was amazing. The reception/boarding was quick. There was lots of space inside and outside. It was a cold day and it started raining a little bit, but still great to be out. We tried using the audioguide offered, but the wifi signal got shortly after passing under the second bridge and it didn't work anymore, so that was a bad thing. We went on the 17h00 and it was perfect because we still had some daylight on the way in, and it was night on the way back, which means we saw the Eiffel tower in all it's splendor, with those cute shining lights - great timing for beautiful pictures. We went for the crepe afterwards, the man getting the orders was very rude and crepe dough was a bit raw, probably because they were in such a hurry to serve people even though there was a very short queue. But well. Nutella saved it.

This is a great, relaxing way to spend some time in Paris. I strongly recommend trying to get a nighttime cruise, as you get a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower all lit up. Don’t stress if you see a long lineup, there is plenty of room on the boat. The audioguide through the wifi of the boat was good too.

Very efficient, great views from the top outside and commentary in multiple languages. The crepe was great too. You get a WhatsApp message a few days before with descriptions and images of where to find both which was great.

The tour was very pleasant. The boat had indoor and outdoor and a toilet. You get to see a different view of Paris. The crepe tasting, honestly, was underwhelming. You only get to choose between two flavors, Nutella or sugar. And the area around the small creperie was a bit unhygienic. The crepe was big, though.

The experience was unforgettable! My friends and I ate crêpe under Eiffel Tour before going on Seine cruise and we really enjoyed it. The cruise itself was wonderful and I suggest to go half an hour before the departure in order to get the best seats and have a wonderful time admiring the beauty of Paris from the boat.

For the price and experience, I would recommend this activity to anyone. The skip-the-line element is for the ticket office. There was still a large queue to board the boat. However, this moved very quickly at around 8:30pm on a Friday. We were one of the last to join the boat so there were no seats on the top floor. However, you are able to stand on the outside of the bottom level which I would recommend as it wasn't as crowded. It was a lovely way to capture the sights and I would encourage anyone to cruise during the evening as everything looked so magical when lit up. Especially the Eiffel Tower!

The cruise was quite beautiful… as much as I could see. There were way too many people on board and some of them were standing up on the boat, blocking the view of everyone else. Other than that I could say the sights are really nice and you get a good deal for your money.

Booking was easy and crepes were right across the street by the carrousel. The boat ride was not 1.5 hours though. If we had known it was only an hour we would have waited until 10PM to ride…we wanted to see the city at night. It doesn’t get dark in the summer until almost 11PM.

So beautiful and peaceful. Of course there was hoorays and waves from the locals. The crepe tasting part was a little stressful (in terms of organisation of the multitude of people) but it was still an ending experience altogether.

It was magnificent! We decided to take the last boat tour that goes at 10pm and it was great! Best time! And before that, we took the crepe! It is a good bundle. I do recommend it! Safe and great

The cruise in Seine is wonderful. We did at 18.00, almost sunset, the colours were amazing. And the crepe is just fantastic! Delicious! The only reason why I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, is because the wi-fi was vey bad so we could not connect and listen to the guide. I even try to connect with 4G but it is not allowed, you really need to connect to their wi-fi to be able to listen to the guide.

Overcrowded with no social distancing on upper deck, almost nobody on upper deck. Turn up early if want to sit outside. Commentary obviously not adjusted since before the fire of Notre Dame. Queue for crepe was massive as queued to order and then again to pick up order.

The cruise was lovely, we went in the evening at 8:40 and felt it was the perfect time. The crepe was a nice touch plus an extra souvenir! Very happy, thank you so much! Our only complaint is we feel the Covid guidelines weren't sufficient. There should have been enough room to have a meter in between each bubble. It was a bit anxiety inducing having to try and stretch out to secure a big enough gap to feel comfortable.

The Seine tour is ok. Unfortunately there is no speaker which tells you about the sights. You have to use your mobile to connect via Wifi, but then you can't take pictures. The crepe was good. Not the best in Paris, but still delicious.

It was wonderful! Since you could choose the start time, you could eat the crepe very flexibly and take part in the tour. We found both very quickly and well. The crepe was delicious and the boat tour in the evening at 8:00 p.m. at sunset was fantastically beautiful. Highly recommended for the price, I would do it again anytime!

it was a very nice experience. we decided to do it at sunset to be able to enjoy the golden hour on the city of Paris and if we had time we would certainly return to do another one around 9.00 pm to be able to see even better the ville lumiere. Unfortunately there was no real explanation of what we were looking at and we saw the city without knowing what one thing was compared to another (apart from the main monuments). the negative note was the crepe that had to be taken before boarding and was not prepared during the trip. Not knowing it and having no explanations from the staff we couldn't eat it and so we took a simple cruise. my advice is to take a simple cruise without the crepe option and to cover up very well if you want to do it in the evening.

La croisière en elle même correcte, par contre les audios guide ne sont disponibles qu'à l'intérieurs du bateau, à l'extérieur il faut utiliser son smartphone, donc tout le monde le met avec haut parleur, du coup une belle cacophonie, et pour prendre les photos avec ce même smartphone, pas simple. De plus, nous avions droit à une crêpe à la fin du voyage, mais impossible de trouver la crêperie à l'adresse indiquée !!!!!

Balade sympathique et agréable s’il fait beau mais les monuments ne sont pas très visibles depuis le bateau ( si l’on n’a pas pu s’assoir en haut du bateau, à part la Tour Eiffel heureusement…), les télécommandes pour les commentaires guidés ne fonctionnent pas toujours et l’application dédiée ne fonctionne pas très bien non plus à cause du manque de réseau sur la Seine. A améliorer…

First of all, the contact before the trip was friendly and all outstanding questions were answered quickly and friendly - many thanks for that. The tour was very nice, the audio guide was easy to understand - only as soon as you used the audio guide on your cell phone could you no longer use it as a camera (at least that was the case with me). The crepe at the end was really tasty and the shop assistants were very friendly. I can only recommend this tour :)

Le personnel du bateau est très accueillant et très serviable. Par contre, je trouve que cette balade manque de commentaires, il y en a mais pas beaucoup... Quant à la dégustation chez oh régalade, le personnel n'est pas du tout accueillant, un touriste =un porte feuille. Le responsable fume sa cigarette à l intérieur du café pour travailler et débarrasser ses charrettes. Enfin bref, nous mangeons à côté et lui il passe avec sa clope dans ce mini préfabriqué qui sert de café à crêpe.... Le prix est excessif : une mini bouteille de vin =7,50€. En plus les crêpes doivent se commander dans le chapiteau en face....tu dois faire 2 queues avant d avoir ta crêpe et si tu n'es pas au bon stand tu fais 3 files avant d obtenir tes crêpes gratuites. Bref, la balade en bateau très bien mis l'endroit pour manger les crêpes = pourri mais les crêpes sont bonnes. Ah et malgré un petit nettoyage par les gars qui travaillent les tables sont sales !!!

We were on the back deck of the boat, the explanations on the app were clear and sharp, one (only downside) it was not updated after the fire of Notre Dame, otherwise if the sky would have accompanied us this day there, I could have dreamed of Paris in the 1600s!!! thank you

Do not book last minute, it takes about 20 minutes for the QR codes to be sent, the voucher alone is not enough. Otherwise everything was great, crepe was delicious :)

Very nice boat trip on the Seine along all the highlights. Audi guide in all languages. Then a nice crepe. You will receive very clear information via the app and the email where the boarding location is. Recommended!

The cruise is not bad enough, but there are many questions with the tasting of crepes). After the walk, it is not clear where and how to taste .. I had to ask, but this is not very convenient in this context. As a result, after asking and finding this restaurant, it was completely closed. Therefore, I think that it is better to remove this addition altogether, or organize this tasting well and with dignity, so that you do not have to run around and, as it were, beg for your paid pancake). Good little cruise that allows you to see the most important monuments in Paris without doing too much walking. The audio guide system on the phone is also quite interesting. The crepe is well proportioned and the man is not stingy on the nutella!

That went really well with the tickets! I think crêpes tasting is a bit over the top - you get a good crêpes, extras have to be paid for - the crêpes baker was not particularly friendly now ... but given the location it fits ... boat tour was super nice at 30 degrees and Evening mood, audio guide on the mobile phone was good, because no audio guides were available due to COVID ... overall very handy to have the tickets in advance - and then you go there if it suits you - until 9 p.m. ...

Very good experience! The cruise was lovely and the audio guide was really good. I recommend it. Wearing masks due to corona even when you are sitting outside was not so comfortable. the only issue was the crepe tasting. We have ordered the 4 crepes and 4 coffees, but we had to pay the full price because "we have used one of their tables".

The Wifi network allowing you to listen to the audio guide disconnects very often, which makes it impossible to follow the comments which are permanently cut off. Too bad, the Seine cruise seemed nice.

The Seine Cruise Tour itself was very nice. Optimally with a length of 1 hour. I also found it good that the introductory explanations were given in several languages. Despite the directions and maps, we couldn't find the way to the crepe, there was another building at the address given. It's a shame, but not bad.

You can use the ticket at any time. We taste pancakes first. Then we went on the seine river tour. It was very nice.

A great cruise alongside the most famous monuments in Paris about which an audio guide provides interesting information. The boat is very big so there is a lot of space. Crepe after the cruise is a delicious end to the experience.

I booked for July 14th but the cruises ended earlier than usual due to the fireworks. The local agency contacted me several times to find out if I had been able to take the cruise or not. I was therefore offered to take the cruise the next day. The agency even offered us extra pancakes for the inconvenience. I am really satisfied with the after sales service that followed me until the last minute. Otherwise the cruise is really great. Thank you.

Wonderful ride on the water to discover or rediscover Paris and admire its emblematic monuments against the backdrop of French song. The free pancake is perfect after this beautiful ride. Pleasantly surprised also to see that the cruise customers benefit from preferential prices on drinks at the pancake house.

The cruise allows you to see Paris quite differently. Especially watching the Eiffel Tower at night from the Seine is something magical. The boats are modern and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The idea of the pancake is great when you are hungry after the cruise. To do again!

This is my second trip to Paris. The cruise is magnificent. A good way to see the architecture and buildings of Paris. The pancakes at the foot of the Eiffel Tower are very good too but not as much as my mom's :)). I recommend this tour.
