⚈ The Palais Garnier is open and accessible to visitors from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (access until 4:00 p.m.) and during the summer from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (access until 5:00 p.m.) except on days of exceptional performances and closures (before your visit,please consult the operadeparis.fr website).
⚈ For reasons linked to the theatre's activity, the auditorium is regularly inaccessible to visitors.
⚈ Even with pre-paid tickets, you may have to wait at the security check.
⚈ Entry to the Opéra Garnier is only valid for the day and time selected. Please arrive at the time indicated for your entry, as any delay will mean that you are no longer guaranteed access.
⚈ Children must be accompanied by an adult.
⚈ The public areas of the Palais Garnier are accessible to people with reduced mobility (with the exception of the exhibition area).
⚈ All floors of the museum are accessible by lift.
⚈ Please remember to bring your IDs or passports with you to the Opéra Garnier.
⚈ The following objects/equipment are not permitted in the auditoriums or cloakrooms: luggage and travel bags, motorised or non-motorised personal transport equipment (except for people with reduced mobility), bicycle batteries, glass bottles, U-shaped padlocks, chains, weapons and ammunition of all categories, small pocket knives, any blunt object or object that can be used as a weapon, tools such as cutters, screwdrivers, hammers, pliers and pruning shears, truncheons, brass knuckles, incapacitating or tear-generating aerosols, flammable or volatile substances, etc.
⚈ Please note that the cloakrooms are not available for visitors in Palais Garnier.

⚈ During peak seasons, you may face longer waits for the Seine River cruise due to the high number of visitors. We appreciate your patience and understanding for a seamless experience.
⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75007, Pier Number 3, which is orange in color. The departure point is right at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
⚈ The river cruise boats host 300 people in good weather and 120 people in rainy weather to comply with the rules.
⚈ The audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ In the car park area, all passengers with a ticket for the river cruise are given 1 hour free parking. Please keep your tickets until your boat tour is over.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking area. However, some boats are equipped with an outdoor terrace for smoking.
⚈ There is no left-luggage facility at the cruise boat.
⚈ Animals are not permitted for the cruise, except for animals accompanying visitors with disabilities.
⚈ Boat departures vary during the day between thirty minutes to one hour. Departure times will be written on the cruise ticket. There is no reservation to be made in advance.

In this combo tour, it was very nice to see the opera garnier first and then take a ride on the seine river cruise.
