⚈ Please be sure to provide a reachable email address. You will receive your tickets and the audio guide application link, along with all relevant information about the attractions, one day before your tour date via email.
⚈ The digital audio guide included is a separate service and is not affiliated with the museum's own audio guide. You will not be using the audio guides provided by the museum itself. The audio guide link will be sent to you one day before your visit and will be included in your voucher.
⚈ Personal headphones required
⚈ Your Louvre ticket must be used on the scheduled tour date.
⚈ There is no meeting point for this activity. You will have your tour independently using the addresses provided in your booking confirmation for both attractions.
⚈ There may be a wait at security, which can take up to 20 minutes in high season. In case of adverse weather conditions or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints may be extended.
⚈ Any items exceeding 55x35x20cm are not permitted in the museum
⚈ If the designated time you reserved is fully booked, your entry into the Louvre Museum might be adjusted to either 30 minutes and 1 hour before or after the scheduled tour time. Please verify the details on the tickets that were sent to you.
⚈ The museum opens at 9 AM. The last entry is at 4 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, & Sundays & until 8 PM on Fridays. The museum is closed on Tuesdays, on January 1, May 1, and December 25
⚈ Persons under 18 and EU residents under 26 may enter for free with an ID. (You will only be charged for the digital audioguide.)

Bellissimo. Non troppo pieno. Per l’audio guida è necessario scaricare l’app e i contenuti quindi consiglio di farlo per tempo e magari in wi-fi in modo da escludere problemi di copertura all’interno del museo. Inoltre é possibile selezionare la lingua preferita. Super top

Ich habe, wie schon öfters, diesmal Louvre Karten über euch gebucht. Karten und Organisation gut. Enttäuscht bin ich vom AudioGuide: Knapp, inhaltlich schwach, ingesamt "unteres Niveau" . Schade, muss zukünftig Audio Guides im Museum kaufen.

Positiv: noch ein Ticket bekommen! Negativ: viel teuerer + Die Audio Tour hatte mir garnicht gefallen das einrichten bis die App zum laufen gebracht worden ist hatte sehr lange gedauert. Der Inhalt war viel zu allgemein und es war schwer die passende Audio zu finden daher hatte ich das dann nichtmehr benutzt gehabt, was sehr schade war.

El audio guía podría ser más completo y especificar la sala o la categoría a la que pertenece para encontrarlas con mayor facilidad para los que nos interesa ver lo más relevante de cada colección. En cuanto al ingreso, permanencia y salida, todo muy bien organizado.

Suppliers send tickets up to 24 hours in advance. Access to the museum is relatively quick considering the number of visitors. Personally, I liked the Egyptian and sculpture rooms best, which include the Venus. The only negative aspect was the amount of people visiting the museum at the same time.

el museo es impresionante y las obras de primer nivel, ahora la masificación es tremenda, colas inmensas y una mala orientación. es para verlo por temática y utilizar muchos días para visitarlo porque si nó es una locura y terminas agotado y con la sensación de no haber visto nada.

Très mauvaise expérience au Louvre. Le plan est incompréhensible, l’orientation est compliquée et rien n’est fluide. Il y a énormément de monde, avec en plus un double contrôle des billets à l’entrée qui rallonge inutilement l’attente. Je n’ai même pas pu voir correctement la Joconde, juste un bref aperçu. J’ai été prise dans la foule, avec une vraie bousculade, au point d’avoir failli faire un malaise. Une visite stressante, frustrante et épuisante. Je ne conseille à personne et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Sehr interessant aber ohne Plan schwierig zu navigieren. Mit der freigegebene App Global Audio Guide konnte man nur mühsam eine Übereinstimmung mit den Objekten herstellen. Unter anderem fehlte die bildliche Darstellung in der App. Insgesamt sehr lieblos.

I was able to see the Louvre Museum to my heart's content. Since this ticket was not a discount ticket, I had to wait in line for about 40 minutes, but the staff guided us well, so I didn't feel like I had been waiting for a long time. There are many types of tickets, so I recommend purchasing one that suits your purpose and schedule.

Vague explanations, messages sent to our email when we were in Paris with no access to a computer. We had to call to get our entry tickets. We couldn't find the QR code scanner, so we had to visit without an audio guide even though we had paid for one. It's a scam, I wouldn't recommend it.

It was annoying that you had to download a separate app for the QR code. Why wasn't it just shown in the Get Your Guide app, like with all our other bookings? Short queue to get into the Louvre. Inside the Louvre, there were long queues at the various wings and at the toilets. You have to buy a ticket for each wing. If you want to see a lot, it will cost you a lot of money. We encountered very unfriendly staff at the ticket check.
