Know Before You Go
⚈ Eiffel Tower tickets cannot be received in advance. Instead, all customers must be present at the meeting point indicated in your voucher, where the host will provide the tickets.
⚈ It is not possible to reschedule the tour once the booking has been completed.
⚈ This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
⚈ Even with prepaid access, you might wait at the security check and for elevators on the ground and on the 2nd floor.
⚈ Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.
⚈ Disabled visitors and visitors with reduced mobility can visit only the 1st and 2nd floors by lift but the summit floor is not accessible to them for safety reasons, notably if they had to be evacuated urgently.
⚈ Animals are not permitted, except the animals accompanying visitors with disabilities
⚈ The Eiffel Tower is a non-smoking monument.
⚈ There is no left-luggage facility at the Eiffel Tower.
⚈ This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.

⚈ The company name is Bateaux Parisiens. The address is Port de la Bourdonnais 75507. Pier Number 3. The departure point is located directly at the feet of the Eiffel Tower
⚈ Departure frequency ranges from every 30 minutes to every hour. Exact departure times will be printed on your ticket.
⚈ There is no specific time for your cruise reservation. You can use your cruise tickets during the company's operating hours. The cruise takes approximately one hour to complete.
⚈ River cruise tickets are valid for one month from the selected travel date.
⚈ During peak seasons, waiting times for the cruise may be longer due to high visitor volume. Your patience is appreciated.
⚈ Boats hold up to 300 passengers in good weather, and 120 passengers in rainy weather to meet safety regulations.
⚈ All boats are non-smoking, though smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.
⚈ Audio guides are available onboard in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
⚈ In the car park area, cruise passengers are entitled to 1 hour of free parking. Please retain your ticket until the end of your cruise.

Guide for the Tower was amazing — five stars. We visit the ET on every Paris visit as you can always see a new angle. Def book in advance going all the way to the top. The river cruise was a long line, over packed and rather miserable. Would def pay more for a better experience on that part — do not recommend.

We had a wonderful time on our Eiffel tower tour + Seine boat ride. Our guide Ahsan was great and answered all our questions and was great with the kids and answered all their questions too, plus the ones about soccer!

Toll, bis nach oben zur Spitze zu kommen! Die Führerin blieb voll relaxed, als plötzlich wegen technischer Probleme der Zugang zur Spitze gesperrt war. Etwas Verwirrung wegen der Meldung, den Voucher gegen Tickets eintauschen zu müssen, obwohl die Führerin die Karten mithatte und uns überreichte.

The activity was nice, but in the end it wasn’t necessary to buy the expensive ticket. You could’ve just gotten the normal ticket because everyone had to queue at the same time. It took a loooong time to go up. Don’t do it on a sunday at lunchtime!

Eiffel Kulesi için rehberimiz tam zamaninda bulușma yerine geldi. Bulusma yerini kolay ve net bulduk. Rehberimiz Bizi detaylıca bilgilendirdi. Eiffelde bize eslik etti. Eiffel harika bir deneyimdi . Seine Nehri gezisi icin geminin kalkıs noktası hemen Eiffel’in önü. Oraya gittiğimizde cok uzun bir sıra vardı. Yaklasık 1 Saat bekledik. Tur güzeldi.

Polecam zobaczyć Paryż na szczycie wieży! Piękne widoki, cudownie. Niestety zakupiliśmy bilet na wyznaczoną godzinę a w kolejce czekaliśmy 2,5h na wejście ponieważ wieża była zamknięta, nie mam pojęcia dlaczego. Nikt nic nie wiedział, nawet przewodnik. Rejs po Sekwanie też bardzo widokowy , ciekawy -warto. W godzinach wieczornych ogromna kolejna jednak udało się mimo wszystko w miarę szybko wejść (ok. 40 minut czekania)

I wasted my money €€€. I was unable to attend and contacted GYG over 48 hours before my activity with my concerns. I spoke with two separate agents on web-chat who said they could help and reschedule, then suddenly couldn’t during our communication!?!? Extremely poor customer service, they got our hopes up then let us down. I have used this company once before, however, I would NEVER use them again. Very disappointed, when this could have been resolved. No help, just happy to take your money! I am not sure if I was dealing with an actual human agent or a bot. Similar experience, happy to help, then not and terminated all communication, very abruptly!

Wir hatten am 3. Oktober um 13:15 Uhr das große Vergnügen, mit unserer wunderbaren Guide Sabrina den Eiffelturm zu entdecken. Schon vom ersten Moment an hat sie uns mit ihrer herzlichen, freundlichen Art begeistert. Sabrina versteht es perfekt, spannende Informationen mit Humor und Leichtigkeit zu vermitteln – so wurde die Führung nicht nur lehrreich, sondern auch unglaublich unterhaltsam. Mit ihrer offenen, warmen Persönlichkeit hat sie uns sofort für sich gewonnen, und wir haben uns gefühlt, als würden wir mit einer guten Freundin unterwegs sein. Eiffel Tower guide and tour were great very informative but the cruise was a waste of time. Although the cruise itself was fine the guide and announcements were poor at the best. The onboard system did not work.!most of the handheld devices did not not work at all. The downloaded guide was nothing more than a commentary on the sites but there was no correlation to the actual sites along the way. I would not recommend this cruise to anyone

The guide gave us the Eifel tower ticket and did not stay with the group to take the elevator up. I had to wait on a very long line and I paid not to stand in a long line with this tour. The guide did not take us to the elevator she just left the group.

Både turen op i tårnet med udsyn over Paris og turen til vands i aften belysning var en fantastisk oplevelse. At stå i kø er altid lidt hårdt. Men det gik nogenlunde gnidningsfrit.

We liked the boat cruise. We would have liked to have heard more about what we were seeing. The Eiffel Tower guide was late and we didn’t understand why we had to go to an alternate location to get our tickets.

Of course, climbing the Eiffel Tower alone meant waiting a bit. But that was bearable in itself. First, you were taken to the second floor. From the 2nd floor, you could take a ticket to the top and hop back into an elevator. What a great view! The Seine trip was also really nice. We did it late in the evening and saw the Eiffel Tower glitter again before we left Both were really nice, but also pretty pricey.

Nous avions pris avec le sommet et une fois rendu au 2 ieme étage, ils ont fermé l’accès pour le sommet, je comprends que ce n’est pas de votre contrôle, juste nous rendre la différence en argent et ce sera bien, mais sinon l’expérience était parfaite ainsi que la croisière aussi.

Everything went really well. We were picked up on time at the meeting point and walked together to the Eiffel Tower (5 minutes on foot). We received all the information we needed from the guide. We were also told some historical facts about the Eiffel Tower. A very successful evening.

Eiffelturm immer ein Besuch wert. Wir waren um 17 Uhr da, der Einlass ging ziemlich zügig, da wir ja einen Guide hatten. Das Warten für die Auffahrt zur 3. Etage war auch OK. Die Besuchermasse ist nicht zu beschreiben, einfach Wahnsinn. Daher mussten wir lange für die Abfahrt anstehen. Fotos machen war sehr schwierig, wegen der vielen Besucher.

Our tour guide was very friendly. She was very helpful and the facts she told about Eiffel was interesting. Getting around the tower and reaching the submit on our own, was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it.

Natalia is the best guide, she truly cares about each and every guest. She took her time to answer everyone’s questions. Aside from providing clear thorough detailed history, she made sure guest go to the right queues and enter correctly in the best timing, she even comforted guest who was afraid of heights, she personalised the tour for each individual guests. Moreover she ensured that we have the best pictures as I undestand she is into photography. She even recommended her favorite lunch / dinner spots in Paris. She is truly an all-rounder and she is amazing!

Access to the Eiffel Tower and the guide were great. Everything was very informative and straightforward. The trip on the Seine, however, was not so great. There were no headsets for the mobile phone guide, as we didn't know that you needed them. And the audio guides on the boat were broken or not in German. So... Eiffel Tower "great" – trip on the Seine "disappointing."

Eiffel Tower: We had underestimated how early you have to get tickets for the top. And then you just have to pay. But: Passing all the long queues of people early in the morning is worth paying extra. I'm not sure whether it's €100/person. Remember headphones for the Seine river cruise! There are few announcements, instead there is an audio guide.

tour guide talked a lot. maybe there were some people who needed instructions for everything but I could have figured most of the stuff out by myself. obviously the Eiffel tower was incredible, though cold and understandably crowded. I haven't done the cruise yet.

I did the tour without a guide because I was 10 minutes late. However, we met her and she gave us the entrance ticket. The summit was not open and we paid to access it. I hope this company can give me a bonus for future use, because those who bought tickets at the ticket office received a refund.

We found the meeting point easily despite the wrong house number. We only had to queue for a short time at the Eiffel Tower. (The guide was superfluous and not visible on the Eiffel Tower) We had to queue for a long time for the boat tour. It would have been better to get the tickets first thing in the morning or by email so that we could be flexible with the boat tour. (We were offered to do it the next day, but we had to leave on that day.)

Good guide, kind and attentive. Absolutely not good the meeting point and the entry method: over 30 minutes in the freezing cold and damp at a road junction. Better to be right in front of the controls and leave immediately with immediate delivery of the tickets. Waiting even for latecomers in those conditions is very annoying. For the rest, the visit to the summit is beautiful. Absurd price especially if we consider that ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER MY PURCHASE you offered it with a 50% discount!!! Very unfair!

I had booked the Eiffel Tower climb and river cruise but was unfortunately late due to public transport. I was able to contact the company who stayed in contact with me until I eventually found the guide (I was 1 1/2hrs late!). The guide was so friendly and helpful and managed to get us on another climb. Thank you. I believe our host was called Ashad…apologies if this is wrong

Guide met at designated place & time, with a quick walk to Eiffel Tower, he provided great history & answered questions. The tour directs you thru security & elevator lines. Tickets for the tower and cruise were both great, easy location for meeting point and got access to the elevator to the top (raining and cold) instead of walking up the stairs! Waited roughly 5-10mins and went straight to the top! The cruise was great, relaxing, gives your feet a rest from exploring! Highly recommend

The cruise was absolutely full of school children, running around everywhere And one of their teachers falling asleep on the chairs. It was raining the day we did the cruise and therefore you had to be inside so you saw nothing but the walls of the river. The guide to the tower was not at the meeting place at the time they ask you to be there. Once in the tower it was great.

I found the whole thing to be extremely overpriced, almost a rip-off! The total entrance fee would have been 44 euros, but for 80 euros, being taken to the east foot, where the elevator is, for half an hour with 10 sentences as instructions is a good hourly wage. Next time I'll definitely go on my own (I can only recommend it to everyone!), nobody needs that for that money!

Our guide for the Eiffel Tower part of this experience was Ashan who was really friendly and welcoming, approachable and had good knowledge and facts about the tower. Asian also was very considerate as he helped ensure everyone knew how to get to the top floor and back. After experiencing the whole tower ourselves we feel the 1st floor definitely deserves a visit even though the first floor wasn't really mentioned eg. The cafe is on the first floor where we enjoyed a reasonably priced coffee and cake. Be prepared for lots of queuing for the lifts and security as there is no coverage when it's raining (as it was when we went) or strong sun. The cruise was very enjoyable it's a good way to see the sights especially from the top deck. The guide was very informative. The ticket instruction could be a bit clearer. We struggled to find the meeting point as our ticket instructions stated to go to the eiffel tower base which isn't correct it's just next to the eiffel tower at the port.

As for the cruise along the River Seine, everything was very good. The problem was missing the climb to the tower because due to the slowness of the metro, we arrived a few minutes late to exchange the voucher and the person had already left. We suggest waiting at least 15 minutes of tolerance Furthermore, the top was closed, so I think it's more worth purchasing on the official website or at the ticket office. Safer.

Climbing the Eiffel Tower is really over rated and that’s the reason I did not enjoy this tour. The guide Aida was extremely nice and perhaps the best part of the tour. She tried her best to make the group interactive and lively but the group was unresponsive and dull. Not really her fault. She was very sweet.

Nice easy way to skip the queue and climb the summit and a nice cruise too. Just some feedback for the guide; speak a little slower and louder/clearer. Large group of people with varying levels of English comprehension means it’s good to accommodate everyone by speaking a bit slower and louder. Other than that it was fabulous, thank you!

super fun to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower. really beautiful view, although it is sooooo high that the perspective seems a bit out of context. On the second and first floor you can estimate much better where you are in Paris and other tourist points are much easier to recognize. the waiting times for security and elevators are really long... a waste of time you lose in Paris.

All we got for the money was the tickets - we where left outside the Eiffel tower - and then do it you self for the rest of the event - including finding the ferry. We could have booked both on our own for half the price. There is nothing in the service that differs you from this - so not worth the extra money to buy a so called "guided" tour

Our host Venus was a good guide. She did wait for people and waited for the two missing people at the meeting point. I did struggle to understand her English due to her heavy accent. The trip was too expensive when compared to normal ticket prices of the tower but smooth. The boat tour was also fine. I would not repeat it simply bec of the pricing is a bit excessive. Otherwise it was good.

Activity was good. Our tour give was very informative and great. One little issue…there was some confusion as to whether or not the top was open. We did read that sometime it closed due to weather so we knew that was a possibility, but our guide ushered us into line and then said goodbye…we were promptly ushered out by an Eiffel Tower staff saying it was closed. We were able to wait around and get to the top but the confusion made for some difficultly.

Excellent use of time and money. Very organized. We met the guide at a cafe, then the group took a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Guide was kind and knowledgeable. The group stayed together until we reached the 2nd floor of the Tower. From there we were able to take the elevator to the summit. After the Tower, we took another quick walk to board the boat for the Seine River cruise. It was a beautiful day. Perfect package. 4 hours of fun! Thank you Get Your Guide!

Guide was friendly and made sure the group had good laughs. Note the Seine river cruise, you're on your own. Recommended to go before sunset. The queue to board the cruise was horrendous. Took us almost 2 hours before we could board. We saw the sunset whilst queuing. How sad. I thought it was priority access. So, be aware if you wish to catch the sunset. Go at least 3 hours ahead of time especially during winter.

It was a little bit adventure if we will meet somebody with the tickets. But the guide turned up, gave us tickets the tour started. It took about 30-40 minutes of history talk (which was interesting). Then we skipped the looooong queue to the Eiffel tower elevators and then we could enjoy the beautiful view. We have booked the boat trip as a part of package, but haven't used it due the time we had in Paris. As you are going on the boat on your own. So I recommend book a boat trip separate or count with another 2-3 hours time for the boat.

Picking up the tickets outside a local cafe seemed a bit odd, but it all worked out fine. If you are doing the Eiffel tower with Seine boat trip, just be aware you cannot do the boat trip before you go up the tower, as you won't have the ticket. I booked the tower for the last day of our trip, and it would have been more convenient if the boat trip could have been taken before - seeing the boat trip part is very flexible in that you can go on it anytime within a year - it doesnt make it obvious that this doesn't mean before the tower visit.

Not sure if just buying tickets direct from Eiffel Tower amd river cruise company would work out cheaper?! Meeting place seemed a bit odd but easy to find. All in all was easy to meet the guide to collect tickets for both. The walk over and bits of info about Eiffel tower is interesting but i would probably recommend looking online to buy directly. I did this with the louvre and it was quarter of the price and my 14 yr old was free but not through here. The river cruise pier was easy to find and is v regular

We couldn’t get tickets directly from Tower and lucked into finding this option. It went seamlessly and I highly recommend this provider. Our guide Ahson met us at the meeting place on time and escorted right to the tower entrance with our tickets while providing excellent history and commentary along the way. He takes his job seriously and is an amazing ambassador while sprinkling humour in along the way. The river cruise was equally wonderful in the evening with great views of the area and tower at night.

Really liked our guide. Biggest concern was it was a little confusing meeting spot as you did not know who you were looking for but ended up eating at restaurant that was near meeting spot so we could keep an eye out for guide and group. Also would have been nice to get Seine boat voucher a little earlier so we could choose best time to take boat ride.

The Eiffel Tower portion of the activity was worthwhile however the Seine River Cruise was not as good as I hoped for. When you make the purchase the marketing advises you can do the Seine River Cruise when it suits you however as you can only collect the tickets prior to the Eiffel Tower Tour you cannot do the cruise prior. I would have thought it easier to collect the tickets via email rather than physical collection. The cruise does have a guide (who speaks in 3 languages) however the audio is very difficult to hear and sometimes you have already passed the building he is talking about because he is speaking in 3 languages.

This is a PARTIALLY guided tour. The description says is it not guided at all, but Aida was our guide and she was great. She walked us to the tower, explained some of the construction and politics surrounding it. She then walked us inside and continued to elaborate on some of the unique things about the tower, it's history, and the neighborhood. We didn't have a tip for her, because the description is wrong, but found her later at a restaurant and gave her one. As for the tower, it's everything you'd expect! You don't skip any lines (that's really misleading) but the lines were not long. It's basically waiting for room in the elevators. Please go all the way to the summit because no other views compare. This was one of my favorite things we did in Paris.

Samy our Guide was great. You get a little bit of the history of the Eiffel Tower which was nice. Unfortunately you still have to wait in line even though you bought a ticket in advance. We waited about an hour. The elevators can only hold about 30-40 people going to first and 2nd lookout then if you are going to the summit you have to get in line for another elevator which only holds about 12-15 people.

It is worth the money to prepay for entrance into the Eiffel Tower. The “skip-the-line” was nice too. On the river cruise we saw the Cathedral of Notre Dame which we were told was the only way to see it. That was a sight to behold, to include the part that was burned and is being rebuilt. I think the whole arrangements were over priced though. You’re paying for conveniences when the actual excursions are cheaper.

I bought this ticket since Eiffel Tower tickets to the Summit were sold out through the Tower’s website. The Summit, and the Tower itself, was great and I’m very glad to have gone. Helped us get through the lines to get into the Eiffel Tower, answered all of our questions and gave us some fun and interesting facts before she left us to explore the Tower by ourselves. Our guides were easy to find, helpful and provided some cool information about the Eiffel Tower. They escorted us through security, then to the lift and to the second level. Once we got on the tower we were able to explore on our own. The river cruise was terrific, a English-French audio tour was provided while we cruised down the Seine. I highly recommend this package. Both can be done on the same day.

We had a blast with our tour guide Ecran! Even though overpaying $100 is a bit stiff, however the fact that we did not have to wait in lines to get in, was great. He got us in through group entrances quickly and the only things we had to wait for were the elevators. Ecran’s personality was certainly fun and engaging and one could see that he loves what he is doing. The river cruise was good too, fun ride along The Seine.

La guía de la Torre Eiffel fue muy amable y las explicaciones las hizo en inglés y también en castellano. El único inconveniente que si se quiere hacer la visita a la Torre Eiffel de noche, y el crucero por el Sena de noche también es difícil llegar de un lado a otro, tener en cuenta que el último barco sale a las 22:30 y se tiene que hacer un buen rato de cola… Mejor hacer una cosa cada día si se quieren hacer las dos de noche.

Great experience, nice guide, everything was great. Only the meeting point at Cafe Champs de Mars should be reconsidered. While waiting for the guide, they were not willing to serve us small glasses of wine, we should order large portions. The toilet, which was accessed through an office, was only accessible by a breakneck narrow spiral staircase and there was no hand washing facility.

Everything was well arranged! Tickets for the boat trip quickly received via whatsapp. Eiffel tower and arc de triomphe can be reached quickly from the top. Skipping the queues also saves a lot of time. You get all kinds of information about the Eiffel Tower through the guide and if you buy tickets in advance you have a guarantee that you will reach the top of 300 meters high.

Das Erlebnis war wirklich super. Der Treffpunkt ist etwa 5 Gehminuten vom Eiffelturm entfernt aber leicht zu finden. Wir wurden von unserem Guide empfangen, erhielten eine kurze Einführung und die Tickets. Der Guide begleitete uns sehr rasch und ohne grosses Anstehen (4min vor dem Lift das war alles) bis zur 2ten Ebene. Wir empfehlen sehr rasch zur 3ten Ebene hochzufahren, da immer mehr Menschen nach oben wollen. Beim Runterfahren kann man dann immer noch mehr Zeit auf den Ebenen 2 und 1 verbringen. Auf Ebene 3 ist es eher eng und wer einen Platz Vorne beim Sonnenuntergang haben möchte, sollte frühzeitig da sein. Die Infos die der Guide auf Ebene 2 noch erzählte, waren sehr interessant und gut verständlich. Wir empfehlen einen Schal oder eine Jacke dabei zu haben für die Ebene 3, da es oben schnell einmal zieht.

It is clearly recommended to take up the Eiffel Tower and see Paris from above. The advantage of having bought a ticket from home is that you can skip a long queue. Our guide was good too. We got a lot of information about the tower itself and its history.

I saw a couple other people hanging around on the corner in front of the cafe. I asked if they were with the tour. Our guide(s) came and they waited and counted out the group. It was a bit of a hike to the tower where we were taken to the back of a very long, slow-moving line. My husband is very I’ll and could no longer stand in the cold and had to go inside a store and miss everything. I went in with the group, but never saw them again. Just get the tickets when you get there like everyone else.

We were really looking forward to the 21:00 reservation we had for the cruise and tower summit. I messaged the tour company earlier in the day to get more details on when the cruise was since their site and the confirmation email offer zero information aside from the address for the cafe to meet (which we later learned was only to meet for the summit tour not the river cruise). The person who responded (hours later) said that the final cruise for the day was 20:00, so we could go and do that then make our 21:00 reservation. We went to the port (after no one responded to my question about where to meet) and they split the queue into two groups. We didn’t make the 20:00. We actually didn’t get on the boat until 21:30, so missed the Eiffel Tower completely. Since they had scanned our Seine tour tickets already, we couldn’t leave or we would miss that. The whole ordeal could have been avoided if this company communicated effectively. Good news is the Seine tour was great.

I highly recommend this tour because of the access to the Eiffer Tower summit and the Seine River cruise but mostly for the access of a personalized guide. Our guide Kris was awesome and went above and beyond in customer service. Our flight came in late and we were not able to get to our meeting place in time by metro/bus. Kris called me and was able to secure a taxi to pick us up and get us to the tour in time. He personalized the tour giving as much or as little information and interaction as the group wanted. We learned a lot of information about the monument and Monsieur Eiffel. He let us go at our own pace (my wife is disabled and uses a cane and needs a little extra time) He gave us tips that made the tour more enjoyable and efficient. He also made sure we knew where to access the river cruise. It can be confusing to find the river cruise afterwards so make sure you ask your guide to point out where you need to go to access the river cruise BEFORE you go up to the summit.

It was nice having the time and visiting each level of the Eiffel Tower. The companion (Salome) was very nice and clarified everything well. On this day there were not so many visitors and we could watch and enjoy everything in peace.

I made the purchase asking for a guided tour in Portuguese or Spanish, when we got there the guides only spoke English and they still paid little attention to it. noa took them to the entrance of the tower, then they disappeared... in addition to everything else we were disoriented when we followed the river seine promenade... Great experience. Did the queue jump option and it saved so much time. Was very speedy to the lift , to go up to the summit. Then did the river cruise. Short walk from the base of the Eiffel Tower, and a great way to see the river/ sights along it.

The meeting place was respected and at the exact time. The person who guides you only accompanies you a short way, then you have to enter the tower alone. The top of the tower was closed so the payment was not met. The curcero along the Seine you have to take care of yourself to get to the place. the experience of the places themselves are very nice.

It was really an incredible permit! If you have to go to the Eiffel Tower, then definitely to the top. Floor 1 and 2 are very nice but the view from the top cannot be put into words. Please read carefully where the meeting point is - the guide will be waiting about 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower !!!

Due to circumstances we were late at the agreed time. We contacted our supervisor by telephone. He looked for us on the basis of our description that we gave by telephone. Our guide collected us and took us into the area. There she gave a short guided tour of the tower. After that she showed us to the elevator entrance and there she gave us some tips before we then got to explore the tower ourselves. She also went through what applied to the boat trip that I chose to do in the evening. Just right for my taste.

I got engaged on the summit, so I can say it was my favorite experience EVER! Thank you for the tickets, the eiffel tower was sold out on the official site so I was happy to found you. The eiffel tower itself is amazing even with the fear of heights. The guide was very nice too! :)

Everything went well. They only forgot to send tickets for the boat, but after a phone call they immediately sorted it out. We were offered a pancake ourselves. Already booked twice with you. Everything very clear, no long queues and great that you could take the boat whenever you want. Highly recommended! No lengthy explanations and a great guide to show you around and then you can continue on your own!

It was only guaranteed access to the 1st and 2nd levels but to get to the top (which was paid for) you had to wait at least 1 hour again ........ and the boat tour on the Seine that was booked was offered as a combination didn't really fit into the schedule ....... all in all rather not recommendable better book everything separately !!!!

Meeting point was easy to find within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. Together with the tour guide we walked to the Eiffel Tower, where after a short explanation about the history of the Eiffel Tower we were accompanied to the elevator via a short queue (security). Once at the elevator you can schedule the time yourself, how long you want to stay depends on you. The Seine River Cruise departs every hour on the hour and lasts approximately one hour. From the Eiffel Tower to the Seine River Cruise it is about a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Unmissable tour. The visit to the top is nice, but the view is better seen from the second floor. Never go to Paris without climbing the Eiffel Tower, it would be a crime.

Es war ein perfekter Ausflug…danke!! Wir wurden pünktlich am Treffpunkt abgeholt und in kleinen Gruppen ging’s Richtung Eifelturm. Hier bekamen wir ein paar Informationen zum Eifelturm mit seinen umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten und erhielten die Tickets…der Guide verabschiedete sich. Rasch ging’s dann “First line” zum Fahrstuhl auf die Spitze vom Eifelturm und wir hatten nun alle Zeit der Welt für uns über der “Stadt der Liebe”!! Die Tickets für die Seine-Fahrt haben wir im Anschluss eingelöst…sie sind aber ein ganzes Jahr gültig. Die Schifffahrt lohnt sich auch sehr; man bekommt noch einen völlig anderen Blick auf alles Sehenswerte am Seineufer… TOP-Empfehlung, von uns gibt’s 5 von 5 Sternen!!

Really sweet guide was ready well in advance at the venue, which was super easy to find. Everything worked perfectly. It was a great reassurance to have a guide with who just knew where we were going, and nice to skip the queue.

The guide explained the visit to us well. We chose to climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower, just a magnificent activity. On the other hand for the activity "cruise on the Seine" we were rather disappointed that it was not commented, it was for those who were inside via headphones at their disposal, otherwise as we were sitting on the bridge we did not have anything too bad because nothing is explained when you buy your ticket on the site.

The young man spoke good English, talked a lot and quickly, but couldn't speak a word of German. You should already let the customer know. Cost us precious time. And we had to wait just like everyone else, because there was no waiting time for admission.

The guide was very nice, spoke in English with an easy to understand accent and at an accessible speed, with an a2 / b1, more than enough to defend you in these activities. And on the cruise the guide who attended us pointed out the most important things both in English, French and Spanish and there was access to other languages through an audio guide. So I am really happy with the purchase of the tickets. As a discordant note I want to point out that at the Eiffel Tower if you use a crutch, or any other type of support, they will not let you climb to the top, even if you have paid your tickets in advance. I had to hide mine and make a VERY long queue without the crutch with the consequent fatigue, total to see that the parents with the stroller got up without a problem and to meet older people upstairs who had not been faulted either. I advise you so that that day, if you can, do not take it, leave it in the car, hotel or wherever you can, because they will not do you the favor of kee

As always, very good planning. The tickets were handed over without any problems and the tour guide loosened everything up with their style. In addition to the accompaniment to the entrance of the Eiffel Tower, there was also some interesting information about its history. The boat tour on the Seine was a nice end. Certainly the tickets were more expensive than buying them directly for the Eiffel Tower, but we had a guarantee to get to the top platform.

Many setbacks happened in this one. We didn't have a guided tour, they just handed over the tickets. The cruise was canceled and without any acceptable justification, and we weren't even refunded.

Both the visit to the Seine and the Eiffel Tower went well. However, we had scheduled the visit for a certain time, then we received a message via WhatsApp to change the time. This exchange meant we lost almost a whole day... You have to meet the guide first so he can give you tickets, the ones you receive on your cell phone are not used as entrance.

Were picked up somewhere nearby. The guide was mainly there to walk in (which is not necessary) and chat for a few minutes about the history…. At the bottom of the tower.. Waste of money!

Not much to tell. Guide was ok. Just met at the rendezvous and he gave us the tickets. We all walked to the Eiffel Tower and he told us some fun facts and that was pretty much it. We were on our own from then on. Not busy at all since a lot of countries still restrict travel. Not sure if I needed to buy these tickets in advance. There were no line ups.

Our guide was very friendly, helpful and led us through all the controls so quickly that we were really very quickly at the elevators to go up. The instructions on how to get to the boat were also very helpful and the dock is directly below the Eiffel Tower. I would book again anytime!

The meeting point went very well - we were immediately on the "Fast Lane" - I can only recommend if you want to book the tickets in advance, want to be accompanied to the respective sight, but still want to be on your own.

We met our guide without any problems and walked to the Eiffel Tower with him quickly and quickly.
