⚈ Your official e-tickets will be sent via email one day before your scheduled visit. Be sure to check your inbox (including the spam folder) before your visit.

⚈ Your Louvre ticket must be used on the scheduled tour date

⚈ If the designated time you reserved is fully booked, your entry into the Louvre Museum might be adjusted to either 30 minutes before or 1 hour after the scheduled tour time. Please verify the details on the tickets that were sent to you.

⚈ Any items exceeding 55x35x20 cm are not permitted in the museum

⚈ The Louvre Museum opens at 9:00 AM. The last entry is at 4:00 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and until 8 PM on Fridays. The museum is closed on Tuesdays as well as on January 1, May 1, and December 25

⚈ There may be a wait at security. During high season this wait can be up to 20 minutes

⚈ Persons under 18 years and EU residents under 26 may enter free with a valid ID

⚈ Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the time indicated on your tickets, you will be subject to the same admission and waiting conditions as other visitors.

⚈ Please note that during rainy or adverse weather conditions, or for security reasons, wait times at the security checkpoints of the Louvre Museum may be longer than usual. During high season, this wait can be up to 20 minutes
